Shipping policy
All orders include complimentary shipping and require signature upon delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we are unable to redirect packages once they are dispatched.
Shipping delays occasionally happen, and once your package is with the courier, we don't have any control over delivery times.
If your package is taking longer than expected or the delivery date keeps changing, send us a message. We'll reach out to the courier and request an investigation.
All orders are shipped with signature confirmation required upon delivery. Once a package is marked as signed and delivered by the courier, it is considered successfully delivered and fulfilled.
If a shipment is marked as signed and delivered, but the recipient believes they did not personally sign for it, we recommend contacting the courier directly to request delivery details or initiate an investigation. Couriers are responsible for verifying delivery and signature records.
