We currently only ship within the US.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order, as orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.

Shipping delays can happen, and once your package is with the courier, we have no control over how fast it gets delivered. If it has been a significant amount of time and your delivery date keeps changing, send us a message - we will contact the courier to request an investigation.

Certain items qualify for Signature Confirmation under Free Shipping. We will message once your order has been shipped to notify you that your order will need signature upon receipt.

Once your package is shipped, Terra Zen Co is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We wrap and package each piece with love and care to ensure your items arrive intact.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please initiate a claim with the courier and we will provide the necessary information to facilitate it.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the item, box, and shipping label. We will file a claim with the courier on your behalf. Please note: no refund will be processed until we receive feedback from the courier regarding the claim.

We process orders within 3 business days unless we are away on a business trip or unable to access our inventory for an extended time. When this happens, we will add a message in the announcement section so you are aware of when your order will ship.
