RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the product description carefully for dimensions and other important details before finalizing your purchase.
Each piece is wrapped and packaged with love and care to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during shipping, please follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:
1. Share clear photos and videos of the item
2. Include photos and videos of the inner packaging and outer box
3. Include a photo of the shipping label
Once we have your information, we'll file a claim on your behalf. Please note that refunds will only be processed after we receive confirmation from the courier regarding the claim.
SHIPPING
All orders include complimentary shipping. Orders above $200 require signature upon delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we are unable to redirect packages once they are dispatched.
Shipping delays occasionally happen, and once your package is with the carrier, we don't have any control over delivery times.
If your package is taking longer than expected or the delivery date keeps changing, send us a message. We'll reach out to the carrier and request an investigation.
We currently ship within the US only.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
We require a signature upon delivery for all orders above $200. Once a package is marked as signed and delivered by the carrier, the order is considered successfully delivered and fulfilled.
If a shipment is marked as signed and delivered but the recipient believes they did not personally sign for it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to request delivery details or initiate an investigation. Carriers are responsible for verifying delivery and signature records.
We are happy to provide tracking information or supporting documentation to assist with any inquiry.
PROCESSING TIME
We process orders within 3 business days unless we are away on a business trip or unable to access our inventory for an extended time. When this happens, we will add a message in the announcement section so you are aware of when your order will ship.

We want you to love your pieces. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us, so we have the opportunity to assist you before a review is submitted. We will work with you to find the best possible solution. We are available to answer questions about our products, both before and after your purchase.

Crystals may also have imperfections from the polishing and prepping process (such as chips and/or dents). Images are taken from all angles to show every feature of the crystals.
